“ Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I came in with the expectation of getting the vehicle at the dealer discounted price, that did not happen. This is the buyer Beware part, that they finally tell you after you see the numbers aren't lining up. Antwerpen volkswagen puts low jack and a paint protection on all the used vehicle whether you want it or not. Inflating the cost of the vehicle by $1450.00. You do have the option of not buying into the low jack subscription plan but the equipment is still on your vehicle and you still get access to the paint protection. The dealership itself and staff were pleasant to deal with, but this is a policy I feel should not be forced onto the customer. This is merely a way of getting more money out of people because your paying interest over time on that $1450.00 up charge that you did not ask for. So buyers Beware ”
